Nexplay obtain information about you so we can provide Nexplay Services to you. If you do not provide with such information, or ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use the Nexplay Application.

• Automatically Collected Information: When you open and register to the Nexplay Application, we automatically record and store certain information like your email address, first name, last name, and profile picture.
• Other user-provided information: You may need to provide additional information about yourself to us for a specified purpose (e.g Event Rewards), such as your valid ID, location or country, gamer name, user ID, gaming credits platform (e.g Mobile Legends credit), payment details (e.g PayPal or GCash).

Account Deletion

You can delete your account by emailing our customer support at support@nexusgaming.tv. When you request us to delete your account in the Nexplay Application, your data will be permanently deleted from our database and access to your account will be disabled.

After we delete your account, copies of your Personal Data may be retained by us in our back-up servers indefinitely. We keep such servers to help protect the stability and availability of the Service (such as protecting it from viruses and malfunctions).

In addition, copies of your information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been publicly published by your or otherwise shared by you with others (such as, comments you posted in a stream)

We may also retain certain information to prevent identity theft and other misconduct even if deletion has been requested.
