Q: What is “Wallet”?

A: Wallet is a feature introduced on your Nexplay application which will provide details of all your NexCoin and NexGem balance. It also gives you the ability to withdraw your NexGems to cash.


Q: What is “NexCoins”?

A: NexCoins is the soft currency of the Nexplay application. NexCoins can be used on donating and purchasing customized frames and borders to use while streaming. NexCoins can be purchased on the Nexplay Store.


Q: What is “NexGems”?

A: NexGems is the new currency of the Nexplay application. NexGems is the currency that the user can exchange into real money.


Q: How can I earn NexGems?

A: To earn NexGems, viewers need to send NexCoins as donations to the streamers. The NexCoins will be converted into NexGems.


Q: What is “Cash Out”?

A: In its simplest form, it means a direct cash payment or profit. We added this feature to help you, as a content creator, earn through your live stream.


Q: What is the “Transaction History”?

A: Transaction History as seen on your wallet page, shows the list of all money-related activities found in your account, may it be the amount of revenue you received through your streams or the amount of money you decided to cash out.


Q: What are found in the “Donations” tab?

A: All gifts that you received and donated to other users.


Q: What is the “Status” tab?

A: This shows all your cash-out transactions. This will show the value of NexGems you decided to transfer from your Nexplay app to your desired account, whether Paypal or GCash. Transactions will be marked as “Processing” from the point of receipt of your cash-out request up to the time that your account has successfully credited the amount and shall be moved to the Transaction History page once verified.


Q: Will I be able to know further details of my cash-out request when it is being processed?

A: Yes, you will. All you have to do is to go to the Status screen and press on the current transaction then it will show a list of information regarding your requests such as the Account Type you chose, the amount of NexGems being deducted from your Nexplay account, the amount of transaction fee, and the approximated amount in terms of SG Dollars, and the date and time when you made the cash-out.


Q: What do I need to cash out my NexGems?

A: You need either a Paypal account or GCash account. You can check which of these is available in your country by going to their respective sites namely www.paypal.com and/or www.gcash.com


Q: Do I need an identification card for cashing out my NexGems?

A: Yes. To cash out your NexGems, you’ll need to create your account in which we will ask you to provide a VALID ID to verify your identity and secure your account.


Q: Which identification cards can I use?

A: You can use any of the following: Government ID, School ID, Corporate ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID.


Q: How do I make an account?

A: On your wallet dashboard, press the “Account” button which will redirect you to an “Account Setup” page. Choose which of the two accounts you will be using for your cash out: Paypal or GCash. After which, fill in the important details being asked for. Make sure that you use the same Account Name that you used on your Paypal or GCash account to avoid problems during the processing of your cash-out request.


Q: How do I cash out?

A: Before you cash out, you need to set up your account first and meet the following criteria:


  • You have at least 50 Followers.

  • You need to be a subscriber of either Facebook, Youtube, or Nexplay Pro.


If you already have an account and met all the criteria, press on the “Cash Out” button on your Wallet dashboard to bring you to the first of two steps in getting your money.


Select which account you would like to use: Paypal or GCash. It depends on what you added during your account creation process.

Indicate the number of gems you would like to convert under “Withdrawal Amount”.

After doing so, press on the “Confirm” button which in turn, will let you verify if you want to continue with the transfer. Press on “Continue” to start the crediting process. You can also cancel it in case you mistakenly keyed the wrong amount.


Upon pressing “Continue”, it will lead you to the “Summary” page which will show the details of your request. Press “Done” and all you have to do is wait for your money to be credited to your chosen account. You can check on the progress by pressing the “Status” button on your Wallet dashboard.


Q: I want to change my Paypal or GCash account that is linked to my account, what should I do?

A: All you need to do is to press the “Account” button which will allow you to edit your account information.


Q: Can I delete an account and create a new one?

A: Yes, you can. Just go to the account screen then swipe left the account you want to delete. A confirmation pop-up will appear then select continue.


Q: I accidentally deleted the Paypal/Gcash account that I linked on the app. Can I request for it to be returned?

A: Unfortunately, no. Before you can delete your account, a window prompt will show up which will ask if you want to delete the account or not. This is a safety measure to prevent accidental deletion of accounts. If you want to use the deleted account again, you need to go through the account creation and verification process again.


Q: Can I add multiple Paypal/GCash accounts?

A: Yes, you can.


Q: Paypal or GCash is not available in my country. How will I cash out?

A: Currently, we only allow cash-outs made to Paypal and GCash. We ask for your patience as we try to look into other options and money services which will allow you to cash out on your specific location.


Q: How will I know the amount of cash that I will receive when I opted to cash out?

A: During the first step of the cash-out process, you will be asked to key-in your desired “Withdrawal Amount”. Below it will show you the approximate amount that you will receive in SG Dollars.


Q: Will I incur other expenses when I withdraw my NexGems?

A: We will be deducting 30% from your withdrawal amount which will be considered as your “Transaction Fee”.


Q: How many NexGems should I have in order for me to cash out?

A: You need at least 3,400 NexGems.


Q: How much does 1 NexGems cost?

A: The conversion of one NexGem is 0.03 SGD.


Q: Will I be able to choose my own currency whenever I cash out?

A: Unfortunately, no. All cashouts are in the denomination of SG Dollars. Currencies per country vary day to day. To avoid future problems with regards to conversion, we shall only use SG Dollars.


Q: How to know if I’m eligible for cash out?

A: All verified accounts are eligible for cash out. If your account is not verified, please make sure to check your account status inside the Wallet screen and go through the verification process.


Q: What are the options for cash out?

A: Our cash out is only available for Paypal and GCash for now. Be sure to check on the availability of these in your country.


Q: I already went through the verification process but I’m still not verified. What should I do?

A: Verification processes need time as we carefully check on your submitted requirements. You shall be notified if the credentials you provided are unclear or there are errors on them.


Q: Can I use my nickname under the Account Name when I set up my Wallet?

A: The Account Name that you will use should exactly be the same as the registered name for your Paypal or GCash.


Q: How long will the credit transfer take?

A: Transferring credits to your Paypal or GCash will take three (3) to five (5) business days. Take note that weekends, international holidays, country-specific special holidays, and/or bank holidays are not part of the processing days.
