This policy explains what Nexplay does with personal information collected through nexplay.gg.
What We Collect
Information you give us. If you email us, we hold your address and whatever you wrote, so we can reply and keep a record of the exchange.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we log IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, time spent, and the site you arrived from.
Cookies and similar technologies. Used for site function, for analytics, and to attribute referrals to operators so commission can be paid. Details below.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Why We Collect It
To operate and improve the site, to understand which pages are useful, to answer your messages, to attribute referrals to affiliate partners, and to meet legal obligations.

Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used in aggregate. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.
Affiliate tracking cookies are set when you follow a link to an operator, so that operator knows the referral came from us. They record the referral, not your gambling activity.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
Who We Share It With
Service providers who host the site, deliver analytics, and handle email on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes.
Affiliate partners, who receive the fact that a referral came from us. They do not receive your personal information from us. Anything you then give an operator is governed by that operator's privacy policy, not this one.
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Where Data Is Stored
Our providers may store data outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections apply.
How Long We Keep It
Email correspondence is kept for two years from the last message unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings, currently 14 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Australian visitors have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if unsatisfied with our response. Visitors in the EU or UK have additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability and objection to processing.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No website can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim to.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
